First it was Disney+ and now it will be the turn of Netflix. The followers of the National Football League (NFL, in English) will be able to enjoy two games on this platform streaming. To make it even more special, the meetings will be broadcast during Christmas and will feature musical performances by Beyoncé y Mariah Carey.
Next Wednesday, December 25, during week 17 of the league, Netflix will broadcast live the confrontation between the Kansas City Chiefs y los Pittsburgh Steelersfollowed by the match between the Baltimore Ravens y los Houston Texans.
Known as the NFL Christmas Gamedaythis sporting event will begin with the game between the Chiefs and the Steelers. The game will start at 12 pm, but at 10 am, there will be a presentation by Mariah Carey in which she is expected to perform her hit All I Want For Christmas Is You.
Then, at 3 pm, the preview of the confrontation between the Ravens and the Texans will take place, whose game will begin at 3:30 pm At intermission, Beyoncé will take the stage for her halftime show.
According to Netflix, the broadcasts of both matches will be available on the platform 24 hours after the matches end.
Although the Kansas City Chiefs, the Houston Texans and the Pittsburgh Steelers have already assured their qualification to the playoffs (the rounds in which the seven teams with the best scores fight for a place in the Super Bowl), the remaining matches are crucial to determine which other teams will get a place in these playoffs.
Since the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens belong to the same division, the AFC North, the latter team has the opportunity to overtake the Steelers for first place in the table, qualify as the winner of their division and gain an advantage to play in house the playoffs.
