Excitement is building in Arzignano as the city gears up to host the 24th edition of the prestigious Trofeo del Grifo archery tournament. Mayor Alessia Bevilacqua and Sports Councillor Giovanni Lovato expressed their enthusiasm, highlighting the event’s significance as a must-attend for archery enthusiasts.
This year’s Trofeo del Grifo, organized by the ASD Arcieri Arzignano, promises a weekend filled with intense competition and skillful displays of precision. Archers from across the region will converge at the Palatezze venue in Tezze di Arzignano, aiming for victory in the 18-metre indoor competition.
The tournament, scheduled for November 16th and 17th, will feature three distinct categories: Arco Nudo, Compound, and Arco olimpico. Spectators are welcome to witness the thrilling action, with free entry starting at 3:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM on Sunday.
Adding to the excitement, the 6th edition of the Indoor Giovanile Città di Arzignano, a youth archery competition, will also take place at the Palatezze during the same weekend. This event provides a platform for young archers to showcase their talent and compete at a high level.
