I’ve been incredibly blessed​ to‍ have⁣ a loving family by my ⁢side.⁢ My wife, ‍Jéssica, and ⁣our son, liam,⁣ are my ⁣everything. Words cannot express the‍ joy they bring to my life.Witnessing Liam, ⁢even in jest, mimic some of my movements fills me with an indescribable sense of pride. My parents, ‌Roseane and Archimedes, have been my unwavering pillars of ‍strength. Their unconditional love‍ has seen me through countless ‌challenges. My older brother, Victor, has been a constant source of support and inspiration, a role model I’ve been honored‌ to follow. And of course, my grandmother,‍ Neide, whose love knows⁣ no bounds. She was there from the ‍very beginning, chauffeuring me to ⁤practices, cheering me on⁢ at competitions, and showering ​me with affection.If ⁤love had a physical form, it would ‍undoubtedly⁣ resemble the love of a grandmother.

A Legacy Forged Together

There are countless individuals ⁣I’m indebted ⁢to, ⁣and I fear omitting anyone by name. Though, I ​must express my deepest gratitude ⁣to Marcos ⁣Goto.He was by my side⁢ for years, especially during the pinnacle​ of my career – the historic gold medal ‌at the 2012 London ⁤Olympics. ‍this victory marked the first time a latin American athlete had achieved gold‌ in any gymnastics category,etching my name in Olympic history forever. Marcos, you are‌ an ⁤integral part of⁣ this achievement, a ​true ​symbol of‍ our triumph.

Another person who deserves immense recognition is ⁣my manager and⁢ dear⁢ friend, ⁢marcel ‍Camilo. Navigating this journey without you would⁢ have been‌ considerably more tough. I look ​forward to⁣ many‌ more shared experiences in the future, Marcel, and I am eternally grateful ⁣for your unwavering ⁣support.

Arthur Zanetti: Thank you for having⁤ me. It’s a pleasure to⁤ be here.

Arthur Zanetti: Absolutely. Gymnastics has been my life for so long. It’s given me so much – joy, purpose, incredible experiences. But it’s also incredibly demanding,both physically ‍and mentally. I’ve pushed my body to its limits for years, and I ‍realized it’s time⁢ to prioritize my well-being. This isn’t about giving up; it’s about knowing when​ to step back and honor all that gymnastics has ‍meant to me.

You​ mentioned exciting projects on the⁣ horizon that will keep you close to the sport. Can‌ you give us any hints about what those might be?

Arthur Zanetti: (chuckles) I can’t⁢ reveal too much just yet, but let’s ‍just ‍say I’m passionate about sharing ‌my love‌ of gymnastics with a wider​ audience.

Arthur Zanetti: My family has been my​ bedrock. Jéssica has been my rock, my constant source of encouragement and love. Seeing Liam⁢ showing interest in gymnastics,⁢ even mimicking my moves, is truly priceless.‍ My⁣ parents, brother,​ and especially my grandmother,‌ Neide,⁤ have been⁣ with me every step of the way, through triumphs and setbacks. They are the reason I am who I am.

The 2012 london Olympics hold a special place in your career. ⁢You made history as the frist Latin‌ American gymnast to⁣ win gold.⁤ What are your ​reflections ⁣on that incredible achievement?

Arthur Zanetti: It was a dream come true,a moment I’ll cherish forever.But it wasn’t just about me. It was a victory for latin America, ​for Brazil. It showed the world that we could compete at the highest level. I’m incredibly ⁤grateful to Marcos Goto, my coach during those years. He believed in me, pushed me, and helped me achieve my⁣ potential.

Many ​athletes struggle with the transition to retirement. How are ⁢you approaching this new ⁣chapter?

Arthur Zanetti: I’m⁤ approaching it with a sense ⁤of excitement and gratitude. Gymnastics will always be⁤ a‌ part of me, but I’m eager to explore other passions, spend more time with my family, and give back to the sport⁤ that gave ‍me so much.
