The ASD Arcieri Abruzzesi archery club ⁢is celebrating ​a remarkable ⁣year, with three of its athletes ​achieving outstanding success on the international stage. Roberta ⁣Di Francesco, Flavia Trabucco, ‌and Giorgia Montaldi were recently honored by the CONI Provinciale di Chieti for⁣ thier ⁤remarkable achievements.

Di Francesco secured the gold medal‍ at the World ​Championships,while Trabucco⁤ claimed the silver medal at the same prestigious event. ​Montaldi⁣ added​ to the club’s ‍success by winning⁢ gold at the Italian Cup. Massimiliano Milozzi, President of ​the CONI‌ Provinciale di Chieti, expressed his pride in recognizing these‍ exceptional athletes. He ‌emphasized the CONI’s commitment to supporting all sports, regardless of their size or popularity. Milozzi ‍also highlighted the​ sacrifices made⁣ by ⁤athletes and their families, ​acknowledging their crucial role in achieving success.

Trabucco,who began her archery ‌journey ​at⁤ the age of ⁣nine ⁢and has been part of the national team for three years,is ⁣steadfast to improve her skills‌ and ⁣gain more‍ international experience. Montaldi, who has ⁤been practicing archery for a decade using a compound bow, is eager to continue her progress and compete in international events.
