Marking the 449th anniversary of León’s founding, this year’s event has drawn over 200 registered players, making it one of the most anticipated tournaments in the region.
In the ProAm doubles category, Alejandro López and Jorge García emerged victorious against Miguel Cano and José Orozco, while Santiago Portugal and Elizabeth Portugal triumphed over Felipe Hernández and Ricardo Battaglia. Meanwhile, Alfredo Esparza and Manuel Padilla secured a win against Fabián García and Humberto Ruiz.
Diego Romero and Carlos Salazar dominated their ProAm match, defeating Denisse Rabau and Jacqueline Ponce with ease.
