Michael: Actually, I have! My wife, Nicole, is really into exploring new music, and she introduced me to them a while ago.

Michael: I absolutely believe in that power. Music is a universal language. It doesn’t matter what language you speak or where you’re from; music has the ability to move you, inspire you, and bring people together. I’ve experienced that firsthand traveling the world for competitions. Music often bridged the cultural gaps and allowed us to connect with athletes from different countries.

Michael: (Laughs) Yeah,music plays a huge role in my mental preparation. It helps me focus, get in the zone, and block out distractions.
