Oaxaca Athletes Gear Up for Conade 2025 Nationals
Oaxaca, Mexico – Aspiring athletes across Oaxaca are preparing to showcase their skills as the call for the conade 2025 Nationals selective process has been officially announced. The multi-stage competition, spanning from January 8th to February 25th, will determine which athletes will represent Oaxaca at the national level.Indeporte, the state’s Sports Institute, unveiled the details of the selection process during a recent press conference. Arturo de Jesús Chávez Ramírez, head of Indeporte, explained that the state phase will take place from February 13th to 25th, encompassing 35 diverse sporting disciplines.
The state phase will see athletes compete in breaking, sport climbing, canoeing, and surfing, vying for a spot in the regional stage. Following the state competition, the regional stage for zone “V” will commence, bringing together athletes from Oaxaca, Veracruz, Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, and puebla. the specific venues and dates for this stage are still being finalized.
athletes excelling in disciplines like athletics, chess, basketball (both traditional and 3×3), baseball, boxing, baseball 5, fronton, association football, handball, judo, karate, weightlifting, associated wrestling, softball, tennis, triathlon, table tennis, volleyball, and beach volleyball will advance to the macro-regional phase.
The national qualifying event will determine the top performers in open water swimming, badminton, swimming, rugby sevens, cycling, skateboarding, and squash. Charrería and archery, meanwhile, will utilize national rankings to select their representatives.
