What You’ll Do
As a Functional Training Instructor, you’ll be involved in all aspects of client care, including:
Conducting physical assessments to determine individual needs. Implementing personalized functional training plans utilizing equipment like power machines and parallel bars.
Providing expert instruction and guidance during exercise sessions.
Performing TPR therapy to address pain and mobility issues.
Assisting with transfers and providing moving support.

* Requirements: Ordinary driver’s license (AT only),Judo therapist qualification.

Hours: Monday to friday: 8:30 AM – 5:05 PM (with an 85-minute break); Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Overtime: Approximately 5 hours per month
Salary: ¥230,000 to ¥240,000 per month
Basic Salary: ¥194,600 to ¥203,100
Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥35,400 to ¥36,900 (equivalent to 23 hours)
Additional pay for overtime exceeding 23 hours
