Gladsaxe Søborg Badmintonklub (GSB):
GSB, based in the Greater Copenhagen area, prioritizes joy, camaraderie, and badminton development as its guiding principles. Through innovative initiatives, the club has strengthened these core values. They’ve tripled the number of recreational training sessions, offering dedicated coaching and technical guidance. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, GSB invests in its coaches through quarterly meetings and educational workshops for both players and parents.This commitment to development ensures enriching badminton experiences for all members.
GSB’s dedication extends beyond the court. They consistently demonstrate a strong community spirit, evident in their prosperous youth tournaments. With nearly 300 participants and 60 eager volunteers, these events showcase the club’s vibrant energy. young players actively contribute by managing stalls and assisting at the scoring table, fostering a sense of ownership and duty.
Højbjerg Badminton Klub:
While renowned for its elite-level players, Højbjerg Badminton Klub embraces inclusivity, welcoming players of all skill levels. The club’s core values,encapsulated in the acronym “FUGER” (community,development,joy,engagement,and respect),guide its operations and have earned them this well-deserved nomination.
Højbjerg actively invests in its future by recruiting new coaches, organizing engaging social events, and planning an expansion with an additional hall to further support player development.
Ulkebøl Badminton:
Located in the Sønderborg district, ulkebøl Badminton champions inclusivity with its motto: “there’s a place for everyone.” The club fosters a strong sense of community, volunteerism, and a positive atmosphere, leading to high member retention.
Ulkebøl actively promotes unity, not only within the club but also within the surrounding community. A group of U15 players completed a junior coaching course,enabling them to mentor younger players. The club also partnered with the NGO Ombold to support vulnerable individuals in the area, demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility.

The winning club will be further celebrated at the VICTOR DM 2025 finals on February 8th,2025.
