On a chilly December evening, the Guangzhou Project Village Super League hosted a special “New Year’s Day Workwear Show” football match at the Guangzhou DAR Football Park.[[1]] This event, organized by the China Railway Urban Construction Second Company Labor Union and supported by the Guangzhou Federation of Trade unions, brought together over 120 excited employees from 17 diverse units.

Recognizing thier courage, the organizers implemented new rules to encourage female participation, awarding bonus points for their goals and allowing teams an extra player when a woman was on the field.
The event wasn’t just about football. During halftime, a captivating workwear show and a lucky draw entertained the crowd. employees from various companies showcased their work attire, while the GAC Trumpchi Labor Union highlighted the innovative achievements of their model workers.
The Guangzhou Surrounding Project Village Super League, a grassroots initiative, promotes fitness, camaraderie, and a healthy work-life balance for construction workers in the Greater Bay Area.
