One Piece’s Fish-Man Island Saga Gets a fresh Look wiht New Opening Theme
The beloved anime One Piece is getting a visual and auditory refresh with a remastered version of the Fish-Man Island Saga. This 21-episode arc will feature updated animation, enhanced visuals, and a captivating new opening theme song.
Popular YouTube duo Sports & Seikin, known for thier energetic covers and remarkable vocal talents, will be lending their voices to the opening theme, “We Go! ~Sports & SEIKIN with Monkey D. Luffy ver.~”. This rendition features the iconic voice of Luffy himself, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans.
The brothers, who have previously covered One piece songs for the “ONE PIECE MUUUSIC COVER ALBUM” in 2020, are making their official anime debut with this project. Fans can already enjoy two versions of the theme song on their respective YouTube channels.
The remastered Fish-Man Island Saga was originally slated to premiere on October 27th but was pushed back to November 3rd due to the major League Baseball (MLB) World Series broadcast in Japan.
This revamped version promises a visually stunning experience with reworked scenes, enhanced details, vibrant colors, improved lighting, and impressive special effects. The immersive Dolby Atmos soundtrack will further elevate the viewing experience.
Following the Fish-Man Island Saga, the anime will resume its journey with new episodes of the Egghead Island arc in April. This arc, which began in january, follows the thrilling Wano Country arc and continues the epic adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates.
