Valeriani’s triumph was fueled by a remarkable year on the international judo circuit. The 24-year-old Parma native secured gold medals at two prestigious European Open events, frist in Prague and then in Rome, cementing his status as a rising star in the -73kg category.Ranieri, a promising 18-year-old center, put up a valiant fight, showcasing his skills in Fulgor Fidenza’s promotion to the National Serie B and their qualification for the national Under 19 finals. However, Leonardo’s success at the international level, consistently competing against the world’s best, ultimately gave him the edge in this particular competition. It was a breathtakingly close race, though!”

“Matteo’s performance in game 5 of the Scudetto final was simply phenomenal. his dominance on the mound was crucial in securing that championship victory. It takes immense skill and focus to perform under pressure like that, and Matteo delivered when it mattered most. Parma Clima’s return to the pinnacle of Italian baseball after 14 years is a testament to the talent and hard work of the entire team, with Matteo playing a starring role.”
