In a historic achievement, the club soared to its highest regional standing last year, marking a milestone for its players, fans, and management. With 220 active members, the club continues to expand. Our numbers are steadily increasing,
notes eric Vernageau, the volunteer communications lead, “likely influenced by the excitement surrounding the Olympic Games.”
The club caters to a diverse range of interests, offering both competitive and recreational activities for all age groups. We prioritize camaraderie and foster a culture of teamwork,
Vernageau emphasizes. This ethos is evident in the club’s events, including tournaments and seasonal gatherings. We encourage everyone to contribute, even in small ways,
he adds.
Six Games, One Venue

A unique aspect of this championship is its mixed-gender format. The Loroux-Bottereau team, for instance, comprises four men and four women. They will face Cholet at 10 a.m. and Avrillé at 1:30 p.m., competing in eight matches—four singles and four doubles.
The Loroux-Bottereau squad is confident in the support of its dedicated fans as they aim to maintain their upward trajectory. We’re also inviting the broader community to join us and experiance the Olympic spirit firsthand,
Vernageau concludes.
