Currently, Milan sits atop Group B with an impressive 8 points, boasting an undefeated record that positions them as strong contenders for the championship title. Meanwhile,Group A is witnessing a tight race,with Virtus,Pistoia,Cremona,and Derthona all battling for crucial points.

Beyond the Next Gen Cup: A Celebration of Youth Basketball
The excitement in Rimini extends beyond the Next Gen Cup. The city will also host two significant memorial tournaments, honoring the legacies of basketball legends.
The 13th edition of the Mario Fabbri Memorial will see Under 14 regional selections from emilia-Romagna, Veneto, and Friuli-Venezia Giulia clash on January 3rd and 4th. Emilia-Romagna,featuring promising talents like Mario Focaccia,will be looking to defend their regional pride.
Running concurrently, the Garattoni Memorial will bring together Under 13 teams from across Italy, providing a platform for even younger players to showcase their skills from January 2nd to 5th.

Rimini’s commitment to nurturing young basketball talent extends to the female sector. The progetto Academy, a groundbreaking initiative, will bring together 96 girls born in 2010. divided into eight teams, these aspiring athletes will compete from January 4th to 6th, demonstrating their skills and passion for the game.
