Looking ahead, the town has aspiring plans for 2025, including the final phase of public space renovations. This will encompass Rue Jean-Moulin, Rue des Clapiers, the rear of Place de la Mairie extending to Rue des Fossés and Rue du Cros, and Rue Marie-thibault.
In addition to these projects, Authon-du-Perche is committed to sustainable growth. Plans are underway for the energy renovation of the town hall, the replacement of public lighting with energy-efficient LEDs, and the continuation of undergrounding electrical wires in Soizé and Chemin des Chateliers.
