Tolhuin is gearing up for a summer packed with exciting sports activities for all ages. The Casa del Deporte (Seriot 321) will be the central hub for these programs, offering a diverse range of options to keep everyone moving and having fun.
Sports for Younger Athletes
Youngsters aged 6 to 17 can explore the world of badminton every Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
For budding basketball stars between 12 and 17, basketball sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Aspiring athletes aged 11 to 17 can hone their skills in athletics on the same days,from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Mini Volleyball, perfect for children aged 8 to 11, will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Teen Sports and Fitness
Teenagers aged 12 to 17 can spike their way to fun with volleyball sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Gymnastics enthusiasts aged 6 to 8 can participate in classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Older gymnasts, aged 9 to 15, can join sessions from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on the same days.
Adult Fitness Options
Boxing enthusiasts aged 12 to 16 can lace up their gloves on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Adults looking for a challenging workout can choose from two conditioning classes: mondays,Wednesdays,and Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Registration for all activities is open at the Casa del Deporte offices. Participants must provide a photocopy of their ID and a medical certificate.
