After nearly fifty appearances for the national team, Tracuzzi transitioned from player to coach, taking the helm in 1952.
His coaching career was equally remarkable, marked by numerous triumphs and a dedication to nurturing young talent.He led Varese to a second-place finish in the 1948-49 season,demonstrating his early coaching prowess.In 1953-54, he achieved a remarkable feat by guiding the Bernocchi Legnano women’s team to a championship victory.Tracuzzi’s success continued with Minganti Bologna, where he secured back-to-back scudetto titles in 1954-55 and 1955-56. His tenure with Virtus Bologna,spanning several years,saw the team consistently vying for the top spot,finishing as runners-up in four consecutive championships.
His coaching journey took him to various clubs, including Levissima Cantù, All’Onestà Milano, Norda Virtus Bologna, Junior Casale Monferrato, Virtus Ragusa, Viola Reggio Calabria, and Pallacanestro Messina.
