He understands the importance of a long-term approach to growth and doesn’t get carried away by initial successes. He keeps his head down, stays grounded, and focuses on the process.

But I firmly believe Justin has all the tools necessary to achieve greatness. He has the talent, the work ethic, and the mental fortitude. Now, it’s about putting it all together, staying consistent, and making the right decisions on and off the court.
