Three new municipalities in the “orange zone” and an extension. These are Buccheri, Buscemi and Ferla, in Syracuse, in which anti Covid restrictive measures will be introduced from Friday 14 and until January 26 (inclusive).
This is what the ordinance signed by the President of the Region, Nello Musumeci, on the proposal of the Asoe regional department provides, to contain the infections from Coronavirus in the territories involved. The same ordinance also ordered the extension of the “orange zone” in the Municipality of Ribera, in the province of Agrigento, until Wednesday 19 January (inclusive).
Thus the municipalities in the “orange zone” in Sicily rise to 46. The restrictive anti Covid measures are in fact in force, until January 19, also in the following territories:
– in the province of Agrigento, Canicattì and Palma di Montechiaro;
– in the province of Caltanissetta, the Municipality of Caltanissetta and Gela;
– in the province of Enna, in Agira, Aidone, Assoro, Barrafranca, Calascibetta, Catenanuova, Centuripe, Cerami, Enna, Gagliano Castelferrato, Leonforte, Nicosia, Nissoria, Piazza Armerina, Pietraperzia, Regalbuto, Sperlinga, Troina, Valguarnera Caropepe and Villarosa;
– in the province of Messina, Capizzi;
– in the province of Syracuse, in Augusta, Avola, Canicattini Bagni, Carlentini, Floridia, Francofonte, Lentini, Melilli, Noto, Pachino, Palazzolo Acreide, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Priolo Gargallo, Rosolini, Syracuse, Solarino, Sortino.
