The match of the Latvian championship team “VEF Rīga” in the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Champions League play-in tournament against the Dijon JDA team has been postponed from January 18 to January 21, the Riga team reports.

An outbreak of Covid-19 has been detected in both teams and the upcoming fight has been postponed from January 11 to January 18. In the first match “VEF Rīga” last Tuesday in Dijon lost with the result 77:84. The second round will be achieved by the team that will win two games in the play-in tournament. If a third match is needed, it will take place in Dijon.
