BERNAREGGIO – Reverse the route. And break the noir series of defeats by avoiding adding the fourteenth notch. It is with a very clear intention that Lissone Interni Bernareggio, increasingly rear-end with only two points in the standings in group B of the cadetteria, is preparing to take the field on Sunday 16 January at 6 pm at the “Pala Cremonesi” against Pallacanestro Crema. The men of coach Marcello Ghizzinardi, in the standings, fare slightly better with their eight points, the result of four victories, three of which obtained on friendly parquet. And they have two of their strengths in Stefano Cernivani and Corrado Bianconi. Coach Micheloni expects to find in the best form the duo Quartieri – Almansi which is currently the most prolific with 197 and 191 points respectively put on the scoresheet over the fourteen days finished in the archive. A victory would not only give vital oxygen to the standings but would provide precious fuel for a smile to an environment that needs to find it again, given a championship that has so far proved to be the pale shadow of the previous one played in a very loud voice with access to the playoffs following the victory in the Super Cup. LNP in the final against Nardò won by 91-76.
