Dynamo Dresden’s new signing Oliver Batista Meier makes his debut: “It was definitely fun”

Made-to-measure debut! Dynamo Dresden‘s winter newcomer Oliver Batista Meier already hinted at his qualities in the draw against HSV.

“It was very intense, but it was definitely a lot of fun,” he said after the 90 minutes. “It was very good to take a point here. I’m very happy about that. The whole team fought. We gave our all until the end, we’ll take the point. We’re looking forward now and we’re going to continue like this,” he announced .

He can do that next Sunday when the Dynamos make a guest appearance at Hannover 96. With the performance from yesterday, Friday, he knocks loudly to be in the starting XI. With his technique and his feeling for the ball, he definitely has what it takes. He was also well received by his new teammates, as he says himself. “Everything was great. It fits perfectly. I felt really comfortable right away.” You could see that straight away.
