On the evening of Friday, January 14, the members of the office, the club’s black belts, the senior judokas and Bruno Chotard, the club’s president, attended a black belt ceremony for two judokas, at the Bellegrave dojo. A first for seven years
During his speech, the director Rémy Camblor underlined the strong implication and the assiduity of the two young people raised to the rank of black belt. “In addition to their physical, technical and mental qualities, they show a strong desire to understand why a technique works or not. This approach allowed them to progress and find the keys to success. Still, obtaining the black belt is not an end, but the beginning of a long adventure. There is still a long way to go. It has been seven years since the club recorded the appointment of one or more black belts. »
This shows the difficulty of the course to be followed in respect of a triple value: SHIN (morality, spirit, character), GI (technique, ability) and TAI (strength of the body, physical form).
