Last night in the National Hockey League (NHL), Rudolf Balzer and the San Jose Sharks played against Theodore Bluger and the Pittsburgh Penguins. This time the Penguins turned out better, winning 2: 1.
Balcers spent 14 minutes and 45 seconds on the ice, scoring one goal, taking two shots on an opponent’s goal, performing four strength techniques, blocking an opponent’s shot twice, earning two penalty minutes, and accumulating a positive efficiency of +1.
Meanwhile, Blugers played 15 minutes and 23 seconds, passing once, taking one shot on the opponent’s goal, taking one force, winning two of the eight throws, and obtaining a positive +/- score.
Balcers scored their third goal this season in the eighth minute of the first period, when he was accurately passed by Eric Carlson and Timo Meier. The Latvian attacker was active in the first Sharks lineup. Meanwhile, after a little more than three minutes, Penguins hockey player Chris Letang reached the scoreboard, who was also assisted by Blugers.
In the regular time, both units failed to score and the winner had to be postponed. In the 37th minute, Penguins striker Jake Gencel was successful, bringing the team success.
