The athlete from Varela Jonatan Mattos is summoned to participate in the International Adapted Badminton Camp in the city of São Paulo, where he refines his technique for the various tournaments to be played this year.
“The invitation sent by the Badminton Federation of the Argentine Republic –FEBARA– makes me very happy, it is a unique opportunity to be with the best in America and be evaluated by the Pan American Federation”, says the player.
He will share the training sessions on the Brazilian campus, scheduled to end on January 16, with representatives from Chile, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico and Guatemala.
“I aspire to revalidate my position on the podiums of the 4 competitions on the continent and achieve my maximum goal in 2022: secure a place in the ParaPan American in Santiago de Chile 2023″, he adds.
Lastly, he states: “What I like most about this discipline is its high level. It leads me to be 100% both physically and mentally. I push myself to progress in the clashes at the local, national and international levels.”
