BASEBALL. The Coaticook Minor Baseball Association, members of the Rocket South Shore and Big Bill organizations will be able to benefit from training on mound maintenance.
This one, offered by a specialist revolving around the organization of the Toronto Blue Jays, will be given next spring.
Mayor of Coaticook, Simon Madore affirms that the maintenance of such equipment is a real art. “Since the construction of the stadium [Julien-Morin], Paul-Emile [Thibault] and his gang learned on the job. We want to take better care of our infrastructures. We have one of the most beautiful stadiums in the country and now we want to give ourselves the means to have the most beautiful mound”, image the first magistrate.
Since the training will be offered to several members of different organizations, the knowledge will be shared.
