The ninth-placed team will meet in two playoffs with the team that will take second place in the 2022 Optibet Futures League Championship. The first place winner of the future league will receive the right to move to the super league championship.
The league of the future in the new season is planned with the participation of 14 teams, which will play in two rounds from April to November. It is expected that up to four teams in the Super League doubles will be able to participate in the Future League without the opportunity to qualify for the Super League championship.
