The City of Knowledge gym in Clayton was the setting for the final stage of the campaign that brought together talent from various sports academies and schools.
The girls from Parque Lefevre had among their outstanding players Jaidy Nieto who recorded 27 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in the final match. Meanwhile, Katherine Armstrong (12 points) and Yoshuany Chambers (11 points/2 triples) contributed to the winning cause.
For PROBAINPA, Mariangel Winnubst scored 15 points and gave 8 assists, while Vivian Grenald scored 11 figures and grabbed 8 rebounds.
Crickets VIP and PROAINPA advanced to the final after defeating Speed Program (57-45) and Shooters Factory (52-34), respectively, in the semifinals.
In addition, the most outstanding players of the season were awarded. They were:
Most Valuable Player: Lía González (VIP Crickets)
Assist Leader: Roselyn Sánchez (Shooters Factory) 21 assists.
Top scorer: Mili Khafif (Legends of the Hebrew Academy of Panama) 50 points.
Rebounding Leader: Maru De Gracia – 48 rebounds.
Eighty players, divided into six teams, participated in the campaign in which more than 20 games were played.
