Gabriel Charpentier could take the step towards Belgium next summer. The French striker of Frosinone is followed in our country by KAA Gent in RSC Anderlecht.
With that message comes MSV Foot outwards. Charpentier is a 22-year-old Frenchman who is being loaned by Genoa CFC to Italian second division team Frosinone this season. There, with eight goals in fifteen league matches, he played in the spotlights of KAA Gent and RSC Anderlecht.
Both clubs would follow Charpentier’s performance closely and may try to bring him into their home next summer.
KAA Gent has been looking for a possible successor for Laurent Depoitre for a while and was thinking of Hugo Cuypers, among others. Charpentier could be a cheaper alternative. Anderlecht will see Joshua Zirkzee and Christian Kouamé leave next summer and will therefore have to look for a replacement.
