The Caldas Basketball League continues to be seen

THE COUNTRY I Manizales

They needed a vote or a club last Saturday to make the extraordinary assembly of the Caldense Basketball League. Of 20 clubs, 13 arrived.

The previous committee, elected through an assembly convened by the Proliga committee, fell because it did not respect the vote as ordered by the statutes.

Henry Arias, fiscal auditor, elected in said assembly, summoned the new elective act with the advice of the Ministry of Sports. However, one club was missing to make a quorum.

In the act, the division that exists between the clubs was made evident. While one group arrived with the intention of holding the assembly and voting, the other denounced that the summons could not be made because the statutory auditor could not summon and that if they proceeded, they would challenge it.

Even Mónica Clemencia Franco, a coach, denounced that due to all these messes they have already run out of the budget assigned by the Caldas Sports Secretariat.

The League adjusted four National Sports Games without being able to participate.
