, rewarding the 6th dan grade obtained at the Judo Institute in Paris, last November. Preceding the official presentation, planned in the capital but postponed because of covid, this ceremony, organized by Yvan Baranger and Valérie Bergeron, his partners and friends, brought together many guests in the Saint-Mathurin room, at the dojo. The opportunity to congratulate the athlete, a judo teacher for more than 30 years, with an exceptional sporting career: three times masters world champion (- 60 kg), twice European champion, winner of the international ju-jitsu tournament Ne -waza etc. A man committed to the Federation and passionate about his role as a teacher to promote judo “which carries values”, he says.
