The Gwangju Eastern Office of Education announced on the 18th that it would operate the ‘2022 Workplace Club’ to promote friendship among its employees and create a cheerful workplace atmosphere.
The ‘2022 Workplace Club’ received applications from its employees from the 4th to the 12th.
Employees received and applied through discussion in a more heated atmosphere than last year, and as a result of the screening, 12 clubs were selected.
In particular, the club selected this time will be active until December in various fields such as the acoustic guitar club ‘The Joyful Life’, the badminton club ‘Smash’, and the cultural experience club ‘Art IN’.
Dongbu Office of Education Superintendent Kim Cheol-ho said, “This workplace club project is being conducted not only to support employees’ healthy hobbies and leisure activities, but also to look after neighbors in need and to form an organizational culture that coexists.” It is difficult, but it will be an opportunity for communication and harmony among employees while thoroughly complying with quarantine rules.”
