The Lion d’Angers. Membership of the judo club is progressing

On Friday, the Judo and Jiu-Jitsu club held its annual general meeting.

In his moral report, the president, Christian Verdage, recalled the values of the club: “Our goal is to offer combat sports (judo and jiu-jitsu) and physical maintenance (taïso) adapted to everyone. We also want them to remain affordable, as they are popular sporting activities. » The president also insisted on the safety of the practitioners during the practices. “We haven’t had any accidents. »

With the new 250 m dojo2, equipped with a sound system, the club has a top-notch educational tool. “This allows us to welcome, in the best conditions, the 205 licensees, more numerous than before the health crisis. » On the financial side, to take into account the seasons shortened by the Covid-19, the club was able to offer the 2022 re-registration to the 2021 licensees.

Finally, note that the club will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2023.
