There was a lot of talk about the possible handball by Lior Refaelov before Yari Verschaeren‘s goal. Frank De Bleeckere has now clarified this.
According to the new rules, the goal does count. Since this season it has been introduced that a player who involuntarily touches the ball will not be penalized. Refaelov was allowed to pass the ball to Zirkzee, who in turn served Verschaeren.
