The Indonesian national team captain had uploaded a photo on Instagram while saying goodbye to his family to go to the Ginseng Country. Now, he has arrived there even though he has to undergo quarantine first.

“I am very happy to be back with the team. Hopefully I can get to my best as soon as possible and play for Ansan Greeners. Ewako,” said Asnawi Mangkualam in the video uploaded by Ansan.
“Today I have arrived in South Korea and I will live for 10 days,” he continued.

While defending Ansan Greeners, Asnawi actually performed quite well. He got a total of 15 opportunities, aka 1,094 minutes there by packing one assist while playing in the K-League 2.
“This year, Ansan Greeners will do their best to compete for the promotion with the best results since its establishment. Because I am the first Indonesian player to enter the K-League, I want to set a good precedent for Indonesian players to advance to the K-League,” he explained.
