It is December 30, 2021, and with great emotion, that the good Dr John Ross (photo) returned his lab coat after 45 years of practice as an obstetrician family doctor at the Family Medicine Group (GMF) of Sillery (formerly Sillery Medical Center). Dr. Ross will have contributed to more than 3,000 births and taken care of nearly 2,000 patients over the years. I wish him much happiness with his family and precious friends, as well as much pleasure in skiing and golf!
For a better future
Sandra Ferguson, Executive Director of the Sourdine Foundation would like to thank its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Martin Cousineau, for his exceptional complicity and generosity. President and CEO of the LOBE clinics network and following his 2-year mandate as chairman of the TELUS community investment committee, Martin Cousineau was able to make the Foundation benefit from a donation of $15,000. thanks to the TELUS Foundation for a better future. This money was paid to the organization to enable it to adapt and equip the classes in Pavilion B of the École oraliste de Québec for hearing-impaired or deaf children with technological equipment that is more than essential in these different times. Young people who have significant hearing and speech impairments therefore have access to state-of-the-art tools to continue their learning with ease and efficiency.
