At 27 years old, the former national baseball team will live a new adventure in his professional career and will do so for the first time with an organization of Big leagues. The Guatemalan was hired in the department of Development of International Operations.

In 2017, he had his first contact with a baseball organization, when he was an assistant in the Communications department at the Little League World Series. While in 2018, he found his first job opportunity at the Major League Baseball —MLB— office, based in Dominican Republic.
A year later it was Marketing Assistant Y Latin Community Outreach with the Baysox de Bowie, AA team of the orioles from Baltimore. In 2021, prior to being hired by the Pirates, he worked as Video Assistant on the Marlins Academy Miami, based in the Dominican Republic.
