[Epoch Times January 21, 2022](Epoch Times reporter Chang Chun interviewed and reported) American NBA basketball star Yao Ming talks about Peng Shuai and the Beijing Games”>Enes Kanter Freedom, known for defending freedom and human rights and boycotting the Beijing Winter Olympics, posted a video on his personal Twitter Said that he accepted Yao Ming’s invitation, but he hoped to be able to visit the scene of organ harvesting while destroying the corpse, etc. Analysis believes that Yao Ming’s invitation is just a show of the CCP, and this is an impossible trip.
Yao Ming, asked at a news conference in Beijing on January 17 about his views on Kanter’s political stance, said: “If there is a chance, I would like to invite him to visit China…, then he may have something to do with us. A fuller understanding.”
Enes Kanter Freedom said in a video posted on Twitter on the 19th that he accepted an invitation from Chinese basketball star Yao Ming and hoped to visit China this summer, but he made several conditions.
Canter asked if they could visit Uyghur forced labor camps? Can I visit the local women who were raped and tortured? Can you witness the Beijing authorities destroying corpses while organ harvesting in order to cover up evidence?
“An unattainable trip”
Chen Kai, a former member of the Chinese national men’s basketball team, told The Epoch Times that Kanter’s “conditional” visit to China was an impossible trip, because the CCP could not let Kanter see these scenes.
Chen Kai said: “Of course he can’t see it. What he really sees must be the various states arranged by the CCP, the arrangement of model personnel, and the good words of the CCP. Even when he said that I want to talk to Peng Shuai, I believe that Peng Shuai also I won’t tell the truth because Peng Shuai is also worried about the safety of her family.”
Tang Jingyuan, a current affairs commentator based in the United States, said in an interview with The Epoch Times: “This kind of visit may not have been seen by Yao Ming himself. Yao Ming is just acting as a tool for the CCP’s United Front propaganda. He issued such an invitation.”
The CCP’s crime of organ harvesting from live arouses attention
In response to Kanter’s request to see the destruction of corpses while organ harvesting, and whether he can visit Tibet to understand how the authorities deprive Tibetans of their basic rights and freedoms, he hopes to visit Hong Kong and Taiwan at that time.
Tang Jingyuan said, “Kant initially started by paying attention to the genocide and persecution of the Uighurs, but in fact, the Falun Gong believers have been persecuted earlier and longer, with more scope and number, and the degree of persecution is also more brutal. The organ harvesting he mentioned was a large-scale criminal act that started with Falun Gong practitioners.”
Tang Jingyuan believes that the situations mentioned by Kanter have actually been investigated and verified by a number of international organizations long ago, and conclusive evidence has been obtained. He said that none of the conditions put forward by Kanter, except for a visit to Taiwan, could be met by the CCP.
“For the CCP, they hope to put on a show through the so-called invitation to visit, and help the CCP to cover up the numerous crimes committed by the CCP. Arrangements made to cover up forgery.” Tang Jingyuan said.
Criticize China’s human rights
Kanter, a player for the Boston Celtics in the United States, was born in Turkey. He is one of the few top international athletes who bluntly criticized the “brutal dictatorship” of the Beijing regime and spoke out for human rights in China. Kanter changed his name to Liberty when he became a U.S. citizen on November 29 last year.
In a recent media interview, Kanter publicly criticized the CCP for exchanging money for silence from the outside world, and called on athletes from all countries to choose morality over money. He believes that the diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics by the US, UK and Australia teams is good, “but not enough”.
Kanter had his passport revoked for criticizing the Erdogan government. He has fought to expose the Communist Party’s crackdown on Uighurs on social media, calling Chinese leader Xi Jinping a “dictator.”
Kanter’s bold criticism once caused a backlash in China. The Celtics’ game was also pulled by Chinese video streaming site Tencent, and Kanter himself was named and criticized.
But Kanter hasn’t changed his stance. He stressed that the CCP authorities can’t buy him, he doesn’t need a luxurious trip to China, he just wants to let the world see the real picture of China. He said at the end of the video, “If I can see what I said, I will pay for the tickets myself and take the first flight to China this summer.”
