The competitive basketball divisions of Club El Tala began with their preparation for the 2022 season of the Associative Tournament. Esteban Olivero remains in charge as head coach.
On January 10, the U15, U17, U19 and First Division categories began the preseason at the “Luis Rafael Ferreyra” stadium. Under the watchful eye of Esteban Olivero, the objectives for this year are renewed.
The coach explained that “in the training categories we intend to make a good base to be able to play the provincial ones. While in the First Division, two more players will be added to the base from last year and we are looking for a base”.
All the divisions are training in double shift taking advantage of the summer season and also that in the next few days the installation of the new parquet in the stadium will begin and they will not be able to use it for a few days.
“The idea is to have a good preseason to start the year with a new field and with the expectations of putting El Tala back in the provincials, both in the training categories and in the First Division. We want to be as competitive as possible in all categories”Oliver maintained.
