Cousins played 17 games (starting 5 games) in Milwaukee Bucks this season, averaging 16.9 minutes per game, 9.1 points (field goal success rate 46.6%), 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists. He also scored more than 10 points in 6 games and achieved two double-doubles.
He has been in the NBA for 10 years and has played for Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, and Bucks. He has participated in 623 games (559 starts) in his career, averaging 20.1 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks per game. Cousins advanced to the playoffs twice in 2019 and 2021, playing in 15 games (starting 5 games), averaging 7.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 12.7 minutes.
Cousins, who was named 5th overall in the 2010 NBA Draft, was named to four All-Star games during the Kings (2015-17) and Pelicans (2018) eras. He was also elected to the All NBA Second Team in 2015 and 2016, and has won gold medals on behalf of the United States at the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup and the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
