Hardly likely. Normally, the magnetic resonance imaging, which is necessary in Haaland’s case, only takes place on Monday in the Knappschaftskrankenhaus in Dortmund with team doctor Dr. Markus Braun instead.
Until then, the suspected muscle fiber tear in the adductors remains. If the suspicion is true, Haaland’s downtime would depend on the depth of the fiber tear. In the worst case, BVB would have to do without its life insurance for up to six weeks.
