“I am satisfied with the time that it was the first race and that it was run quite tactically, when we almost stopped in the second lap and then overtook in the third,” Malíková said on Twitter.
In the world tables, the junior world champion in the 400 m run and the participant in last year’s Olympic Games in Tokyo ranked as compatriot Lada Vondrová, who reached a time of 1: 27.93 in Prague last week. Malíková is studying at Virginia Tech University in the USA.
