The albiazul team has beaten Ravachol Pontevedra 3-4 after a hard-fought match that has been resolved in the best possible way for the team led by Paco Ojeda.
As usual, the clash began with the mixed doubles. The duo formed by Pablo Abián and Haideé Ojeda was the protagonist of an uncomplicated duel against Javier Sánchez and Georgina Bland, easily winning 4-11, 7-11 and 7-11.
For the women’s doubles, Telma Santos and Haideé Ojeda teamed up to face Ana Carbón and Raquel Miguens. The albiazul girls knew how to impose themselves on their rival and brilliantly solved the match 3-11, 1-11 and 2-11.
In parallel, Eliezer Ojeda and Adrián Márquez faced Javier Sánchez and Manuel Brea. Huelva lost the three sets 11-8, 11-6 and 11-8, which led to Ravachol Pontevedra putting the 1-2 in the light.
For the singles, the first to play were Laura Santos against Ana Carbón. Likewise, Alejandro Pérez had Manuel Brea as a rival.
In this case, the female clash was resolved in favor of the albiazul kite. Santos was proclaimed the winner of the individual by 1-11, 5-11 and 4-11.
Regarding the first men’s singles, Alejandro Pérez fell to Brea 11-2, 11-1 and 11-9, which gave the Pontevedra team the second point.
Finally, Telma Santos and Pablo Abián closed the day. Specifically, Santos faced Georgina Bland, whom he could not face and lost 11-10, 11-7 and 11-9. Finally, it was Abián’s turn who had Gabriel Fernández on the other side of the mat, whom he defeated with solvency by 6-11, 9-11 and 4-11.
