For Kevin Mirallas there is a new remarkable career turn coming up. The former attacker of Royal Antwerp FC leaves for Portugal, where he will play for Moreirense FC.
That reports the Portuguese journalist Peter Sepulveda. Mirallas is currently already in Lisbon, where he will sign a contract until the end of the season. This also puts an end to the search for a new club for 34-year-old Mirallas, who has been without a team since last summer.
Mirallas must keep Moreirense out of the relegation zone. The club is currently in fifteenth place in the Portuguese First Division and can therefore use all the help. The former Red Devil must provide that extra experience and quality.
For Mirallas, it will be a new foreign adventure. He has already played in France (LOSC Lille), Greece (Olympiakos), England (Everton), Italy (ACF Fiorentina) and Turkey (Gaziantep). Now he embarks on a Portuguese adventure.
