European clubs speed up their hiring in the final stretch of the winter market. Seville, for example, will stay with one of the figures of Manchester United to continue fighting for the Spanish title.
Since the beginning of the year, the tense relationship between interim coach Ralf Rangnick and one of United’s great stars has been known. Aspect that triggered in his ‘erasure’.
Curiously, the 26-year-old footballer returned last weekend in his team’s long-suffering 1-0 victory against West Ham. He entered the 82nd minute to end almost two months of absence.
Well, this Monday the journalist specializing in transfers Fabrizio Romano announced that Anthony Martial, former teammate of Falcao and James Rodríguez at AS Monaco, will be a new Sevilla player.
“Anthony Martial from Manchester United to Sevilla, business done and ‘here we go’ (his famous phrase)! Agreement reached between the two clubs. The player accepted, Seville was his priority. Sevilla will cover his salary until June. Martial will travel to Spain in the next few hours”, Romano trilled on his Twitter account.
And expanded minutes later: “Martial will travel to Seville on Tuesday along with his representative Philippe Lamboley. Business done with Man United. Sevilla will pay around 6 million euros (salary and fee) on loan for the next six months. NO option to buy was included in the deal. It’s done”.
Great reinforcement then for the team commanded by Julen Lopetegui, who by the way is second in LaLiga just two points behind the leader Real Madrid.
