” title=”What to do with Forsaken Ciphers in Destiny 2″ />

Destiny 2 is known for creating rare, powerful, and interesting weapons known as Exotic weapons. These weapons are much harder to find than your average weapons and some of them even have quests with multiple steps that must be completed to receive one. However, as more and more of these weapons are added to the game, there are bound to be a few that just aren’t that great. Here are the worst Exotic weapons in Destiny 2.

GIVE US

It was an excellent sniper when it was first released, as it produced massive amounts of DPS as it was a heavy weapon. However, since its release, several alternate snipers can damage DARCI, and they all only occupy the special slot, leaving your heavy weapon slot open for something else. Its Exotic perk allows you to see health and other critical enemy information within range. This mediocre perk coupled with not being a DPS powerhouse is what doomed this heavy sniper.

Skyburner’s Oath

This weapon is an example of utility at one time, but then the game evolved and Skyburner’s Oath didn’t. Its Exotic perk allows the weapon to launch large explosive slugs while firing from the hip. Then, while aiming down sights, it fires the slugs directly with higher damage, but at a lower rate of fire. The benefits of this weapon came from increased damage against Cabal enemies as well as the ability to penetrate Phalanx shields. However, in today’s Destiny 2, you can get Barrier Mods to deal with all barriers, and the Cabal damage boost just isn’t that bad.

Handful of salute

Salvations Grip exotic perk allows him to create stasis crystals and freeze nearby targets. This weapon is simply not worth using. There are a few versions that can use this grenade launcher, but even then the weapon becomes very situational. The weapon actually has more utility when used to create stasis crystals on walls in order to jump on them from a higher height than when used in combat. Since this weapon takes up both a heavy weapon slot and an exotic weapon slot, it’s just not a good choice.

The Queenbreaker

This weapon derives most of its love from being the weapon used by Fallen Vandals. Other than that, there’s not much to say about this weapon other than it’s just a linear fusion rifle. There are Legendary Linear Fusion Rifles that can nearly match this weapon’s damage and don’t use an Exotic slot. His Exotic perk allows him to blind enemies with the Precision Arc Bolt he fires. However, there are more versatile weapons that provide the same blinding effect, making leaving this weapon in everyone’s safe to gather dust.

Wish-Ender

Wish-Ender’s Exotic perk lets you see enemies through walls while aiming with a fully drawn bow. With such a strong perk, it seems surprising that this weapon is one of the worst. However, seeing enemies through walls in PvE content is of very little use. This makes the Wish-Ender virtually identical to any other bow in PvE, except it has no elemental damage. While the weapon’s exotic perk could be useful in a PvP situation, the bow isn’t a one-shot, and a variety of other bows could also get the job done. Although this weapon looks and feels like an Exotic weapon, it lacks performance.

So there you have it, those are our picks for the worst Exotic weapons in Destiny 2. While there are plenty of other Exotic weapons that don’t live up to their name, we find that these Exotic weapons fail the most in what they intended. To do.
