Jiu jitsu and self defense courses at the sports center

This Sunday, the 30th, the first of the jiu jitsu and self-defense courses organized by the Basque Federation of Judo and DA will be held at the Musakola sports center

Teachers

These courses are training classrooms for all those federated athletes in both jiu jitsu and self-defense who wish to continue learning and at the same time achieve a black belt as a final. This permanent training classroom will be directed by professors José Manuel Paternain (6th dan jiu jitsu), Julio Gallego (6th dan judo), Asier Berasategi (3rd dan jiu jitsu) and Ekaitz Gorbeia (3rd dan jiu jitsu).
