The badminton player Carolina Marín, the gymnast Ray Zapata and the Paralympic athlete Susana Rodríguez star in the film ‘bullying-on-february-9/” title=”laSexta will premiere the documentary 'Somos Únicxs: las caras del bullying' on February 9″>Somos Únicxs: las caras del bullying’, a documentary presented by the ColaCao Foundation and the Higher Sports Council (CSD), in which Spanish sports personalities narrate their experience with bullying, and whose premiere will take place on February 2 at the Palacio de la Prensa in Madrid, at 7:30 p.m.

Thus, the feature film, produced by Atresmedia, has the testimony of elite athletes, such as the badminton player Carolina Marín, the gymnast Ray Zapata or the Paralympic champion of adapted triathlon Susana Rodríguez, who suffered bullying in their childhood and explain how sport helped them overcome it. In addition, a complete vision of this type of harassment is shown thanks to the testimony of Jero García, a former professional boxer, who today works with young aggressors to try to redirect their attitude through sport.

The feature film is directed by Hernan Zin, a prestigious war director, writer and reporter who has directed twenty award-winning social-themed films around the world, and is directed by journalist Helena Resano.

The Secretary of State for Sport, José Manuel Franco Pardo, will attend the premiere on February 2 (10:30 a.m.) as promoter of the project together with the ColaCao Foundation, in addition to the aforementioned Carolina Marín, Ray Zapata, Susana Rodríguez and Jero García. .

The premiere will also be attended by the president of the Spanish Paralympic Committee, Miguel Carballeda Piñeiro, among other athletes such as karate fighters Sandra Sánchez and Nadia Gómez, canoeist Francisco Cubelos, athletes Diego García Carrera and Lorenzo Albaladejo, and gymnast Ana Pérez.

The ColaCao Foundation, an entity that will implement actions in the field of education, research and outreach, has formalized an alliance with the Association No to School Harassment (NACE), an entity with more than 10 years of experience in the fight against bullying in our country, to strengthen and expand its prevention, awareness and intervention programs.
