HALOYOUTH – Indonesian mixed doubles badminton players, Praveen Jordan-Melati Daeva Oktavianti to Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja have officially been expelled from the PBSI National Training Center.
The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) has officially announced the PBSI Pelatnas squad list that will compete in the 2022 season.
Based on this decision, Praveen Jordan-Melati Daeva Oktavianti, who is currently ranked 5th, now has to return to his old club, PB Djarum after being considered a failure at the National Training Center.

Praveen-Melati’s achievements are considered to have decreased in the last two years as evidenced by the lack of titles they got last season.
In addition, another player who has always been a mainstay in the mixed doubles sector, namely Hafiz Faizal-Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja, has also become a victim of promotion-relegation.
Indonesian badminton fans were quite surprised when Praveen-Melati’s name was completely removed, they demanded this season’s mixed doubles to excel beyond the ‘Honey Couple’.
