An entry on the NBA G League website shows that Timma has signed with an unnamed league team.
“The NBA’s rights to Tim belong to Orlando’s Magic. So he is expected to join the Lakeland Magic,” Lupo writes.
Lakeland Magic is a farm club in Orlando.
In the summer of 2021, Timma was already playing for the Orlando club, averaging 7.0 points in five games in the NBA Summer League and winning 3.4 rebounds.
Also on Saturday, the Baltic Sports Agency (BSA) announced in its Twitter account that Timma has joined the BSA, promising to publish a statement about the basketball player’s next club soon.
It has already been reported that in early December the roads of Timma and the Russian club Kazan “Unics” parted ways, without both sides continuing cooperation.

The Euroleague basketball player went on the field in three games, scoring three points in three and a half minutes on the field, playing three times and scoring two assists and catching the ball. Timma did not play in the United League games.
Timma joined the club in mid-November. The agreement was concluded for one month with the possibility to extend it until the end of the season.
In early April 2021, Timma left the Khimki district of Moscow. The basketball player played ten games in the United League last season, in which he spent an average of 24 minutes on the court. Timma averaged 6.8 points per game, 2.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists. In the Euroleague, he took part in 16 matches, playing an average of 25 minutes, averaging 7.1 points, winning 2.8 rebounds and intercepting the ball once.
Timma joined the Khimki team in June 2019, coming from Piraeus to Olympiakos. From 2015 to 2017, Timma represented another Russian team in Zenith, St. Petersburg, and then played for one season at the Spanish club Baskonia in Vitoria.
During his career, Timma has also represented the teams of ASK Rīga, ASK / Juniors, Liepājas lauvas, Ventspils and VEF Rīga.
The Grizzlies of Memphis were named the basketball player in the 2013 NBA Draft with a total of 60. In 2015, the Orlando “Magic” club won the right to a Latvian in this league.
